Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties. No alterations or additions may be effected unless agreed to by both parties in writing. They are subject to change — any order placed shall be subject to the terms in force at the time the order was placed. These terms are final and binding and apply to all employees, servants and agents.

Quotations & Pro-Forma Invoices

All quotes and pro-forma invoices will remain valid for a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on current stock and subject to change.

Payment Options & Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club & American Express
• Debit Cards – ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, FNB or Capitec
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• SnapScan
• No COD or Cheque payment options

Payment for product/s ordered is due prior to shipment. No order will be binding until it has been accepted by management.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost will include shipping and handling charges as reflected on the invoice. Interest at 1.5% per month may be levied on outstanding amounts, or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Delivery

Any delivery note signed by you or a person accepting delivery on your behalf shall be sufficient proof of delivery. Goods delivered must be checked immediately to confirm they match the order and are free from visible damage. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note.

We offer free delivery to areas in and around our service regions on qualifying orders. The free delivery option is based on economy courier rates and estimated 3–5 working days delivery.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within approximately 3–5 business days, provided items are in stock and payment has been verified. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Back Orders

We will notify you of any delay in obtaining/delivering goods. The unavailable item will be placed on back order and the remainder shipped. Should the back order remain undelivered 30 days from the order date, you may cancel by giving 7 days written notice.

Warranties

All goods are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty becomes null and void if:

• The product is not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
• The product has been physically damaged, abused, misused, altered or improperly serviced
• The product is not returned with proof of purchase

Returns

You may return goods:

• Within 7 days of receipt if the transaction falls within the scope of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act
• Within the implied warranty period if the product is defective
• Within 10 business days if an error in delivery was made

Goods cannot be returned if they have been partially/entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, or combined with other goods.

Returns Procedure

No return will be accepted without prior authorisation and an RMA number issued by management. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs for returns, unless the error was ours or the product is found to be defective.

All returned products must be 100% complete, in resalable condition, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories. A 20% handling fee may apply to order cancellations and returns.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, consequential or incidental loss, or any loss arising from use of our products or services.
