Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Options

Buying our products online is easy. Simply add your selected products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you will be able to choose from the following delivery options:

• Courier Express Delivery — Deliveries to main centres are usually completed within 1 working day after dispatch.
• Road Express Delivery — Deliveries to main centres are usually completed within 2 working days after dispatch.
• Road Economy Delivery — Deliveries to main centres are usually completed within 3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the estimated weight and dimensions of your order. If our system is unable to calculate shipping automatically, you will be prompted to request a shipping quotation.

Delivery Requirements

Courier deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel during these hours.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s).

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns Policy

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition, all original packaging and accessories are included, and proof of purchase is provided.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Custom-made or special-order items
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
